Fluorocarbon Resin LUMIFLON®710F
Fluorocarbon resin is the chemical substance, used to make dispersed water based or solvent based paint. The fluorocarbon resin with C-F bond solid skeleton, performance very good at heat resistance, chemical resistance, cold resistance, low temperature flexibility, weather resistance and electrical, compared with other resin. And no adhesion, no wetting because of the good crystallinity. Widely used in coating for kitchen and cooking utensils, plastic mold, mechanical sliding part, food, textile, paper and other advanced machinery industry and the lining of all kinds of cans, pipelines, pumps, reactors, heat exchanger and precision instruments and so on. Because of the high melting point (180~380 C) of fluorocarbon resin, not insoluble for solid resin solvent, normally be used to make dispersed water based or solvent based paint, coating by spraying, electrostatic spraying, curtain coating, coating roller, or made into the powder coating, by electrostatic spraying or dipping fluidized bed coating.
